AFC Champions League Two 2026-27: Updated points table after Al-Seeb vs East Bengal

Indian Champions share a point each with Oman Champions Al-Seeb. The Al-Seeb Stadium in Seeb, Oman, hosted the Matchweek 3 encounter of Group D in the AFC Champions League Two, where the 2025-26 ISL champions East Bengal locked horns with the host and champions of Oman, Al-Seeb.

The Red and Gold Brigade had a winless start to the campaign after a draw and a defeat in the first two matchweeks. They drew the opening game 2-2 against Al Hussein SC before succumbing to a 3-2 defeat against Al-Shorta.

On the other hand, Al-Seeb were coming off consecutive defeats to Al-Hussein and Al-Shorta. The Omani outfit were in dire need of a win to keep their knockout hopes alive.

The game was evenly matched, as both sides had their fair share of chances. Possession was evenly balanced between both sides, but the Omani side had more shots and shots on target tonight.

As a result of Al-Seeb's shots, East Bengal custodian Phurba Lachenpa made five saves. Dani Ramírez had the most touches for East Bengal and created four chances during the game.

Despite both sides coming close to scoring, there were no goals in the game and nothing to separate them, as the game ended in a goalless draw.
