Chelsea vs Bournemouth LIVE - Confirmed starting lineups & pre-match updates for Premier League 2026-27 clash

AFC Bournemouth are travelling to Stamford Bridge for their sixth matchweek fixture of the English Premier League 2026-27 campaign. They will lock horns with the hosts Chelsea in what can become an entertaining outing.

Xabi Alonso's men have failed to secure a win in their last three league matches and will now be looking to get back to winning ways. Before the September-October international window, they were completely outplayed by Brentford in what was a 0-3 loss for them.

Despite being at their home ground, Chelsea are going to be under pressure. They must stay consistent with their performance from the start till the end to secure three points.

The Marco Rose-led side are looking for their first win of the Premier League 2026-27 season. They have found it difficult to secure a victory in the ongoing campaign of the English top division, but will now be eager to turn the tide around.

AFC Bournemouth put in a strong performance against Liverpool, but it ended in a 0-1 loss. They will not be looking to repeat those mistakes against the Blues.

Players to Watch Joao Pedro (Chelsea) The 25-year-old is going to be one of the main men in the final third for Chelsea. He has been in a top run of form since the beginning of the season.

Joao Pedro has six goal contributions in just four Premier League matches this campaign. He will be once again deployed as the main striker and is going to be a constant threat to the opponent's defence.

Marcus Tavernier (Bournemouth) Marcus Tavernier has been one of the most consistent players for AFC Bournemouth this season. Even though his performance against Liverpool was not good enough, Tavernier will be a crucial asset in the attacking front for the visitors.

He is set to be an absolute engine on the left flank. The 27-year-old has scored three goals in the league this season and will be looking to add more to his tally.
