Liverpool fans have every right to question Man City rivalry after Premier League findings

Liverpool were beaten comfortably by Manchester City in what was the latter's first game since they were found guilty of 114 breaches by the Premier League. Even taking away Sunday, Reds supporters know how difficult it is to get the better of Man City.
