Man City found guilty on 114 of 115 Premier League charges

Manchester City have been found guilty of 114 of the 115 charges brought against them by the Premier League over alleged breaches of financial regulations. The verdict represents a major development in a case which has hung over City since the Premier League announced the charges in February 2023.

According to The Athletic, sources briefed on the confidential proceedings say the independent commission found City guilty on all but one of the 115 charges. No sanction has yet been determined and the full judgement has not been made public, meaning the consequences for City remain unclear.
