It only took 16-short years but football justice has finally caught up with Manchester City following the Premier League's ruling that they have broken financial rules - and the Premier League's victorious lawyers have celebrated in the style of any great team. An open top bus parade made it's way through the streets of Manchester this afternoon following the news of the guilty verdict, with bewigged legal eagles spraying champagne as they were lauded by fans of rival clubs.
