Premier League: A reactionary Arsenal

Long pushed around and even behind, Arsenal ended up winning against Leeds (2-1), and are preparing well for their meeting against Lille in the Champions League. We left Arsenal three weeks ago, after their first defeat of the season, very heavy, on the Brighton pitch (3-0).
We found the Gunners this Saturday, at the opening of the 6th day of the Premier League. And for more than an hour, the reigning champions were far from being sovereign against Leeds.
After a very sluggish first period, Mikel Arteta's men were surprised by a goal from James Justin (0-1, 55th). The Londoners had the merit of reacting quickly, with a goal constructed by two defenders, signed by Riccardo Calafiori on a delivery from Ben White (1-1, 63rd).
Mikel Arteta's coaching then paid off. Not with the entry of Viktor Gyokeres, who remains in a prosperous period with Sweden (4 matches, 1 goal in each match), but who is still in difficulty with his club.
Arsenal will host Lille on Tuesday It was another newcomer, Bruno Guimaraes, who made the difference. The Brazilian is still as formidable when he is in a striking position at the edge of the area, and the former Lyonnais perfectly concluded a superb collective action by his team (2-1, 70th).
Thanks to this victory, Arsenal temporarily returns to the level of the leader, Manchester City (15 points), who will play on Sunday at Liverpool. The Gunners can now look forward to hosting Lille on Tuesday evening in the Champions League.
