Jan Paul van Hecke has been an ever-present for Tottenham Hotspur since his summer transfer from Brighton and Hove Albion, with no Spurs outfield player having played more minutes than the Dutchman.

Not only has the centre-back logged the most minutes, but he has arguably been one of Tottenham's best players this season. Van Hecke has scored two goals this campaign, the most of any player in Lilywhite.
