Tottenham's Tosin Adarabioyo injured on full Premier League debut against Coventry

Tottenham Hotspur defender Tosin Adarabioyo suffered a suspected injury during his full Premier League debut for the club in Monday's 3-1 win over Coventry City. The centre-back was forced off in the second half after Coventry increased the pressure in search of an equaliser.
Adarabioyo went down inside the box and signalled that he needed to be replaced. He was withdrawn in the 71st minute, with fellow summer signing Matheus Fernandes coming on in his place.
The injury will be a setback for Adarabioyo, who had been given an opportunity to impress Tottenham manager Roberto De Zerbi and improve his standing within the squad. Adarabioyo joined Spurs from Chelsea before the summer transfer window closed, but has had limited opportunities since making the move.
Before Monday's match, he had played in only one Premier League game for Tottenham this season. His previous appearance came against Everton, when he replaced Archie Gray and played the final five minutes, including stoppage time.
Tottenham will now hope the problem is not serious as the former Manchester City defender attempts to regain full fitness and establish himself in De Zerbi's squad. The match also featured Nigeria internationals Taiwo Awoniyi and Frank Onyeka for Coventry City.
Both players came on in the 60th minute, replacing Sidiki Cherif and Caleb Yirenkyi respectively.
