Why did Bukayo Saka miss Liverpool vs Arsenal Premier League 2026-27 clash?

Bukayo Saka's absence is a big miss for the Gunners. Arsenal took on Liverpool in an exciting Premier League 2026-27 clash at Anfield on Sunday night.

The Gunners are level on 21 points at the top of the table and can overtake Manchester City with a win tonight. Mikel Arteta will be desperately hoping for all three points after Arsenal suffered a shock Carabao Cup defeat against Fleetwood Town.

The fourth-tier side won 5-3 on penalties after drawing 1-1 in normal time. The Gunners will now need to get the better of an in-form Liverpool team away from home.

Their task will be further complicated by the absence of a key player in the form of Bukayo Saka.
