Why did Michael Olise miss Bayern Munich vs Arsenal UEFA Champions League 2026-27 clash?

The Frenchman already has 14 goal contributions for the Bavarians in 10 games this season! Arsenal are travelling to the Allianz Arena for their third league phase outing of the UEFA Champions League 2026-27 campaign.

They will battle it out against Bayern Munich in what is going to be a high-voltage contest. The Vincent Kompany-led side were held to a 3-3 draw against Viking FK in their last UCL outing.

The Bavarians were shocked by the performance of their opponents. They conceded two goals in the first half and failed to contain the Eliteserien club in the first half.

Bayern Munich tried to make a comeback in the second half, but were only able to manage one point in the end. They must not repeat the same mistakes against the Premier League champions.

The Bundesliga giants should avoid giving the ball away to their opponents. Mikel Arteta's Arsenal are going to be away from home, but will be ready to bring a tough challenge for Bayern.

Vincent Kompany will have one of the top players missing from the squad. Michael Olise is all set to sit out for the upcoming Champions League outing against the Gunners.
